On the shipping page, we provide a delivery estimate. These, however, are illustrative and subject to our delivery partner.

Delivery times depend on the destination, the distance, and our logistics partners. Although we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier provider or postal authorities, we will nonetheless assist you in finding a parcel by using our partner courier services.

You can receive many packages containing your purchases from various places. 

We will send you an email with your package tracking information as soon as it ships.

If you have any unique time-sensitive delivery requirements, send us an email and make note of them in the order's comments. Although we will do our best to complete the order in the allotted period, we cannot promise it.

Safe and dependable courier services like Delhivery and Ecom Express handle deliveries for orders submitted in India.

Even though we utilize some of the biggest shipping logistics businesses in India, their reach limits our coverage. If your address is in a region that they do not serve, we will get in touch with you to discuss other delivery options for your purchases.

We need an email within four hours of the order being placed if there are any cancellations. The order cannot be canceled after it has been dispatched. If an order is canceled at the door or if our delivery partner has made three unsuccessful efforts to deliver the package, we will be unable to execute any refunds.

Watch out for soon-to-arrive worldwide shipping at Swasha Home Decor. Currently, Swasha Home Decor does not deliver to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
