REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

Please keep in consideration that SWASHA HOME DECOR DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER, WE ONLY REPLACE/EXCHANGE DAMAGED PART/PIECE OF THE PRODUCT IF THE PRODUCT(S) HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WAS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED/BROKEN CONDITION.

Our Refund & Return Policy is valid for 24 hours only on damaged/broken/defective products. Within one day of receipt, you may replace or exchange your product for something of equal value. If you do not wish to replace/exchange (according to situation), we will provide you Gift Card on our website which can be used for further shopping.

If you receive a damaged/defective/broken product, please share the video and pictures of the products while the packet was being opened. Without Unboxing Video No Claim will be Accepted.

Please do not cancel your prepaid orders because they will be shipped.

 

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

Please send us two images of the product (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) and an opening video so that we can determine the reason for the return. You can send us an image at swashahomedecor@gmail.com, and our quality team will review the details to see if it is eligible for replace/exchange.

Our return policy applies only if the product is damaged/broken/defective, within 1 day of receipt, and only for the following reasons: damaged product, manufacturing defect, or incorrect product. The time frame begins on the date the product was delivered, as confirmed by our courier partners.

We will respond to you with the status of your claim request within 2-4 days of receiving your request mail with pictures & Video. When your claim request has been approved. We will arrange for the product to be picked up in reverse. Organizing a pickup usually takes 2-3 working days, and delivery at our warehouse takes 5-7 days. When the returned item arrives at our warehouse, our quality team will inspect it and the replace/exchange process will begin within 2-4 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.  Shipping charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store Gift Card.

Remember that the product must be returned in its original packaging, including the tags, barcode, accessories, manual card (if applicable), warranty card, and shipping label (attached to the packet). The product must be new and in its original packaging.

Sale items include: Unfortunately, Sale items cannot be replaced/exchanged.
